Product Description

Made of HDPE (high density polyethylene), the roller is provided with triple protection of the bearing housing. Thanks to it the conveyor roller is convenient in application both on open-cast mining, and in the closed industrial premises. The roller was tested in various production conditions: transportation of bulk materials, in the production of inert materials, fertilizers, cement and concrete, glass, compost, as well as at chemical fertilizer plants and in waste disposal sites.

High quality material

The conveyor roller shell is made of HDPE material (high density polyethylene), which is characterized by high impact resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. The material of the roller reduces wear and tear of the conveyor belt, has low adnesion properties and high resistance to mechanical stress.

High efficiency and long term

Due to the uniformity of the material of the housing, the roller has minimal resistance, providing high performance with low power consumption and noise level, as a result, possible damage to the conveyor belt is prevented.
